If you're looking for links to do with writing, try the Writing Links page, half-buried in the For Writers section. And though it's definitely a work in progress, I also have an Author Links page in the same spot. This page of links, however, has absolutely nothing to do with writing. These are my:

Just-for-Fun Links

Warning: don't browse the Gallery of Regrettable Foods unless you're prepared to laugh out loud. Way funny, in a warped and twisted way.

Not just physics, but Crayon Physics.

This quiz is made of questions from the National Geographic Bee. It's geared for schoolchildren, but my personal best is 9 out of 10. Luckily, there will be another quiz tomorrow.

Wonder what the blackfooted penguins at the Monterey Bay Aquarium are doing today?

Trompe l’oeil anyone? Check out the massive murals painted by Eric Grohe. Amazing stuff, albeit kinda creepy.

Stuff on My Cat. Just like it says. The things people will do to their pets...

Ever wondered how much of a geek you are? Take the Geek Test to find out. I am, apparently, 16.92% geek. Not so bad.

Speaking of geekiness, here's a geeky game. For some reason, I had an easier time making baskets when the fan was turned to the right. Is that because I'm left-handed? Hmmm...

Okay, this video clip is nothing but a commercial, but I think it's clever.

Click on the NameVoyager button at this site. Who knew that graphs could be so much fun? Mildly addicting, too.

Another cat site, only this time it’s an infinite cat.

Remember pi? The math kind? Check out the Pi piano. I’ve been having lots of fun with it, in a slightly geeky way.

I had to close my eyes when I saw photo number 5. Not that my husband would actually do that...but that might be only because we don’t have a loader. Check out the home page - lots of fun stuff there, too.

If you like to take personality tests, try this Quiz. Fun, if you like that stuff.

In the unlikely event you didn't know about the urban legend buster snopes.com, here's a link. Everything you ever thought you knew is wrong.

I don't remember how I came across this site, but I consider it a classic. Yes, it's the World's Worst Food. Not quite what it sounds like, but fun all the same. At the bottom of the page there's a link back to "The Joe Zone". Go take a look. His pictures of Paris had me checking air fare prices.

This link brought to you courtesy of a friend from the Mystery Writers' Forum. (See the Writing Links for an introdution to MWF.) I'm Leichtenstein, Which country are you?

Squeeze a little bit more from the money you so kindly donate to the federal government by checking out NASA's Image of the Day.

The Elements Song - written and performed by Tom Lehrer. If you're thinking, "Who's Tom Lehrer?" you need to go to this site immediately! If you're familiar with Mr. Lehrer's work, you're probably already there, singing along and bouncing slightly in your chair.

A.Word.A.Day - just like it says.

My Cat Hates You - well, my cats don't really hate you, but there some very unhappy felines at this site.

The Power of Ten - I hope this will work on your computer. Very cool.
